‘Telugu Superstar Allu Arjun who has tested positive for Covid19 issued a statement on social media saying, “he is fine and that he is following all the protocols, and that his fans need not worry. Allu Arjun will next be seen in Pushpa which is slated for the August 13 release and pairs him (for the first time) with the current south heartthrob Rashmika Mandanna of Comrade fame. The sound for the music given by the Oscar winner Resul Pookutty. Pushpa, is apparently inspired from a real life incident. It tells the story of a lorry driver (read- Allu Arjun) who is part of the illegal business.
Talking about his fanbase although Allu Arjun has a good fan base among Telugu moviegoers, he is more than popular in the states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. This can be attributed to his prolific dancing skills. Audiences loves the way he brings grace and certain facial expressions to his movies. Infact, he has done a Telugu film ” Daddy” in which he played the role of a Dancer.
On working in other industries, especially Bollywood, in an interview with Anupama Chopra on her show, Flim Companion Allu Arjun had said that he was ok to debut as a new-comer in Bollywood or for that matter in any other industry.
Allu Arjun’s ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’, a crime drama which released in 2020 is his career’s biggest hit and Netflix’s top 10 most-watched films of 2020.
Recently, Salman Khan praised his dancing skills which also confirmed of him doing a dance cameo on the song “Seeti Maar” in Salman Khan’s soon to release venture “Radhe”. No wonder then that Allu Arjun is going places, courtesy- his dance skills and the mass entertainer image that he has created down south.
